- Type
- Summer guinguette
- Address
- Quai Roussy, 1814 La Tour-de-Peilz
Set up each fine season on the Roussy quays in La Tour-de-Peilz, La Boélande is a pop-up guinguette open from early April to late October, feet in the water and facing the lake. People come for the sunny cooking and the cocktails, but also for the music: the venue opened in May 2025 with a concert by Giuseppe Frangola followed by three DJs from the region, Basile, Ground16 and Perlair, in a jazzy, groovy evening. Every June the guinguette is one of the stages of La Tour-de-Peilz’s Fête de la Musique, four days during which the town moves from pop to rap by way of jazz, soul, folk and electro, alongside the Domaine de La Doges, the harbour, the market, the castle and the Temple Saint-Théodule. In 2025 the artist Nalu gave a guitar-and-voice concert there with folk leanings. The rest of the week the programme is more physical: yoga, pilates, capoeira and workshops.
